Planning your event gifts ahead of time is your key to success! Ideally, aim for at least 3 months before your desired event date. This allows our incredible team to collaborate with you, to help bring your vision into a stunning reality.

Things we need first to get started
 

Event Dates and Location

•  Will all gifts be delivered to the same location?​

•  Will the delivery location be to a hotel, Event Center, or held at the LV Convention Center?

•  Will delivery require a load-in (Event Center, Convention Center) or Hotel Bell Desk drop?
   

Type of gifts you are requesting as well as quantity of gifts

• Gifts can range between Gift Bags, Gift Boxes, or Gift Baskets​

• Gift Baskets range in price depending on size and contents

• Gift Boxes range in price depending on the box size and contents

• Gift Bags can also range in price starting at $15 per gift bag and are available in many colors

• Unfortunately, we cannot create any type of gift under $15 per gift.

• The minimum for any branded, custom gift box is 25 pieces of all the same size and design

A realistic budget for each gift
 

• Sales tax and delivery are added. Nevada Sales Tax is figured at 8.38% - Sales tax is not added to delivery cost.

Our Las Vegas Hand Delivery Pricing

Hotel Bell Desk Drop - $25 per stop up to 50 gift items, Ordering more than 50 gifts?
No problem there is an additional $10.00 per 50 gifts
Delivery to an Event Center or the LV Convention Center is a flat $200

For hotel deliveries the hotel may charge up to $5 per gift to deliver your gift to a guest room. 
We do not cover this cost, as this fee must be handled between you and the hotel prior to delivery.

Delivery Times and Hotel Locations

​

We cannot deliver event type gifts to:

• The Rio Hotel & Casino

• The Paris Hotel & Casino

• Resorts World

• All Downtown Hotel Locations

• Time-Share Properties

• Business Locations

All deliveries can be any time after 2pm Sunday - Monday.  If you are ordering under 25 gifts we can deliver in the morning after 10am but not before.

Cancellations and Gifts Left Behind

​

We understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as flight or hotel changes, can arise unexpectedly. If you are notified of a cancellation at least 24 hours before delivery, can usually process a gift order cancellation. However, if the gift has already been created and loaded onto the delivery vehicle, we won't be able to make changes and the gift will be delivered as scheduled. Please note that gifts delivered but not picked up by the guest or those that cannot be delivered to a room are non-refundable.

Payment

​

After we have finalized all the gift details for your event, an invoice will be sent to you with payment due on receipt. It is at this time we will order all the products needed to create your gift. After your payment has been made there can be no changes to your gift such as product changes, gift container changes or any colors. If you're considering purchasing additional gifts, please inform us at least two weeks before your scheduled delivery, and we will provide an additional invoice for those items.
